No Step Entryways

No Step entryways from both the garage and front door
gives ease of access for those in wheelchairs as well
as those with hip, knee or back problems.

Hard Surface Floors Throughout the Home

Optional hard surface floors throughout the home allow for ease of wheelchair mobility, as well ease of maintenance for those with allergies.

Lowered Countertops

The countertops in both the kitchen and bathroom are lowered two inches for ease of wheelchair use.

Roll Under Sink

Optional roll under sink in kitchen or bath for ease of use with a wheelchair.

Thirty Six Inch Doors Throughout The Home

Wide three foot doors are used on all openings in the home not just the entryways.

Required Wheelchair Turning Radius

All bathrooms, laundry rooms, and kitchens have the required turning radius for wheelchairs.

Roll In Showers

All homes come with roll in showers with seats and grab bars in the master bedrooms, upgrades to ceramic tile roll in showers can be made for a more elegant look.

Security Systems

All homes feature security systems with one touch fire, police, and rescue notification. As well as optional doorbell and telephone signals for the hearing impaired.
